Small update to assist with switching themes and folders using keyboard shortcuts, and other minor fixes.

Updates

Show count of unread articles in home folder in the side menu
Show help message when switching theme, or changing folders using keyboard shortcuts – i.e. v + ... or g + ...
When switching folders or theme, using keyboard, pressing escape instead of next character cancels the operation

Bug fixes

Opens the Instapaper list or random tab in the active tab if it is blank. If not, opens in a new tab. (Previously, always opened in a new tab, even if current one was blank)
On successful login, the options page didn’t update to show login update. Fixed.

AcceleReader bug: Repeat sign-in requests

Some users are experiencing a bug where the extension frequently asks them to login to Pocket – usually once a day.

This occurs when you use Google login to connect to Pocket. Logging in via Google->Pocket->AcceleReader leads to frequent time-outs and re-authorisation requests.

Direct login with Pocket doesn’t cause this problem.

I request everyone to sign-in using your Pocket username and password. If you don’t have one, you can create one here.

New: Colour-coded reading time estimates on Instapaper.com
- Green for 5 mins or shorter ,
- Amber for 5-10 mins , and
- Red for 10 mins or longer .
- On reading page, the colour changes automatically from red to amber to green as you read the article

New: Extension icon turns Red if current page is already in Instapaper
New Keyboard shortcuts:
- On list pages:
  - Press '.' to open settings & profile menu
  - Press 'u' to un-archive article on Archive page
  - When multiple articles are selected,
    - 'm', '#', and 'a' trigger move, delete, and archive actions, respectively, on all articles,
    - 'up/down' keys select folder, 'enter' moves articles to selected folder.
- On article reading page:
  - Press 'd' to hide/display actions bar on top

Minor updates, pre API integration

Updates to folder lists in side bar:
- Show folder number for first 9 user folders (to aid with ‘g+1..9‘ shortcut)
- Added tooltip, showing keyboard shortcut, to all system, and user folders in sidebar
- Bug Fix: Last folder in user folder list wasn’t accessible via keyboard shortcuts
