Bug fix to handle the Pocket login prompts.
One source of those prompts was an error in fetching time for certainVimeo videos (private/deleted/paid) that cascaded to appear as a Pocket authentication issue.
Have fixed the Vimeo bug by putting in detection for unavailable videos. This should remove those surprising Pocket login prompts as well.
